How to Register for Online Banking
1. Go to http://www.crossroadsbanking.com/
2. Select the "Personal" Login from the online banking login box.
3. Find "First time users, please click here to register" on login page.
4. Complete the online registration form.
5. Registration will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.
6. Look for an email from Crossroads for instrucitons on your first login.

How to register for online bill payment
1. Login to your personal Online Banking account.
2. Click "Bill Payment" to register
3. Fill out the application completely.
4. Bill Payment authorization will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.
5. Look for an email from Crossroads for further instructions.
How to check your account balance
1. Login to personal Online Banking account.
2. Click "Account Access" to see a list of your accounts and their corresponding balances.
3. Click the Account Title to view transaction history.
How to transfer money between accounts
1. Login to personal Online Banking account.
2. Click the "Account Access" button then click the "Account Transfer" button.
3. Enter the amount you want transferred, choose the accounts you want ot transfer funds from and to, select regular or overpayment, then click "Transfer Funds".
4. Verify your transfer and click the "Confirm Transfer" option.
5. Record the transfer confirmation number.
6.Transfers between accounts are immediate and can be verified by viewing your account history under Account Access.
