After you request the deletion of your digital account, certain data is retained by our third-party service provider for account recovery purposes.

The retained data includes:

  • Access to Digital Products: Once your account is removed, you will no longer have access to any Digital products, including mobile and web banking.
  • Impact on Financial Accounts: This deletion only applies to your digital account used for accessing our Digital products. It does not impact your financial accounts at Crossroads Bank.
