Nate joined Crossroads Bank in 2007 as a Credit Analyst and has since advanced through several key positions: Credit Officer in July 2010, Commercial Loan Operations Manager in September 2010, Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations in July 2012, Senior Vice President of Credit Administration in January 2015, Executive Vice President of Crossroads Bank in July 2023, and EVP / Chief Credit Officer and Chief Lending Officer in November 2024.

A 2003 graduate of Noblesville High School, Nate earned his degree from Manchester University in 2007, graduating cum laude with a major in Business Management and a minor in History. He further distinguished himself by completing the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014, ranking fifth in his class of 161.

Nate actively contributes to various committees, including the Compliance Committee, Classified Asset Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Asset/Liability Management Committee, and the Training Day Committee. Additionally, he serves on the boards of Visit Wabash County, the Wabash County Museum, and the Title Center of Indiana, and participates in the Economic Vitality Committee of Downtown Wabash, Inc.
